We offer a 1-to-1 replacement for hardware-based products such as the Dongle USB Key, if proven to be faulty due to manufacturing defects.

Custom design requests, UI changes, or modifications outside the core software.

Damages or errors caused by third-party software, viruses, or improper handling.

The software license warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The USB Dongle hardware warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery.
